At Monarch Medical, we’re different because we’re not only about weight-loss medications. We have a compassionate local staff that takes a more comprehensive approach and supports you every step of the way.
We recognize that being overweight or obese is a chronic medical condition. We were founded by doctors who understand how the body works and what it needs to safely and effectively lose weight.
Our programs combine prescription-strength appetite suppressants, GLP-1 medications*, and nutritionally balanced weight-loss plans. We’re based right here in Oregon, and our plans are individually customized for each patient. We integrate nutrition and medical counseling with education on the role of genes, physiology and environmental influences on your weight.
Monarch Medical provides medically supervised weight management programs for patients in a safe, caring, and supportive environment. Our goal is your well-being and long-term weight loss success.
We offer telemedicine appointments. And we bill insurance.
For qualifying patients
Your First Appointment
During your first visit, you will have an extensive consultation with a Medical Practitioner. You’ll have your first weekly weigh-in as well as a bodycomposition analysis.
You’ll receive a 1-month supply of vitamins and one lipotropic vitamin injection. You’ll receive instructions for keeping a personal food journal and you’ll receive your first weekly patient guide
You may be prescribed an Appetite Suppressant (for those who qualify and want this extra help.)

Cancellation Policy
To avoid a $100 no-show fee for new and established patient appointments, please remember to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Change effective August 1st, 2025.
