Certified Medical Assistant/Certified Nursing Aide
Monarch Medical Weight Loss Center is recruiting for Certified Medical/Nursing Assistants for our Eugene Location.
Hours - 36-40 hours per week, (5 - 8 hours shifts per week with a rotating Saturday shift).
Responsible for greeting and attending to patient needs. Answers phone calls, performs medical procedures, charts patients visits using EMR system, counsels patients, and processes payments using POS system. Follows all appropriate procedures as outlined in the training manual and employee handbook.

*Consistently arrives to work well-groomed and in a clean/pressed uniform.
*Greets all patients with a welcoming smile within 5 seconds of their arrival.
*Answers all phone calls in a professional and timely manner (within 3 rings).
*Understands the importance of making patients the priority when they present to the clinic.
*Demonstrates strong knowledge of Monarch programs and confidently answers questions and counsels patients on programs in a very caring and positive manner.
*Accurately performs opening and closing procedures at the clinic.
*Performs monthly and periodic inventories accurately and within the designated time frame.
*Accurately orders, receives records and stocks inventory of food products, medical and office supplies.
*Follows all Company accounting policies and procedures regarding cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
*Says "good-bye" and "thank you" to every guest as they leave.
*Complies with, and supports, all policies and procedures set forth by Monarch Medical Weight Loss Centers employee handbook and the departmental training manual.
*Willingly, and with a positive attitude, follows direction of all management; including additional project requests, program guidelines, cleaning, etc.
*Demonstrates strong knowledge of and confidently performs all required medical procedures (Weigh in, Body composition, Vital sign measurements, Injections (CMA/NCMA Certified), Medication Reconciliation and Entry/Updates of patients Medical/Social/Surgical/Family History)
*Adheres to on-site medication security procedures.
*Maintains strict patient confidentiality.
*Other duties as assigned.
*Must have Current CNA and/or CMA/NCMA Credentials/Licensure
Must be able to work Monday - Fridays 7:30 - 6:30 pm (shifts may vary); some Saturdays 9-1:30
Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 Per Hour DOE
